CV Link is a 40‑mile active‑transportation corridor connecting communities across the Coachella Valley. Managed by the Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG), it provides a safe, scenic route for walking, running, cycling, and low‑speed electric vehicles such as e‑bikes and golf carts.
The pathway follows much of the Whitewater River Channel from Highway 111 and Chino Wash in North Palm Springs to Airport Boulevard in Coachella, with additional branches along Tahquitz Creek and on‑street segments through Palm Springs and Palm Desert.
CV Link was substantially completed in June 2025, with future connectors planned through La Quinta, Indio, and Coachella—including the upcoming Arts and Music Line and Dillon Road Connector. Studies are also underway for extensions toward Desert Hot Springs and Mecca/North Shore.

CV Link is open day and night, featuring solar‑powered lighting, shade structures, benches, water stations, and bike racks along the route. Restrooms are available at several parks, including the Palm Springs Visitor Center, Esperanza Park, Palm Desert Civic Center Park, North Jackson Park, and Sierra Vista Park.
Parking is available at designated access points shown on the official map; visitors are encouraged to use nearby parks or trailheads listed there.
